Rules

We play according to standard PF rules with the following modifications.
h3. LEVELING AND XP:
p. The most notable difference is that xp is awarded to players rather than characters. Players start at level 1 and advance a level for every 300xp earned. Playing a game session will generally earn a player 100xp, with bonus xp being available (max 25 per adventure) for extraordinary role playing and teamwork. GMing a session earns 200xp, and players can award their GMs bonus xp (max 25) for extraordinary creativity, role playing, and awesomeness.
h3. CHARACTER CREATION:
p. Players may create as many characters as they wish but characters’ levels are limited by (and advance with) their player’s level. Players should use the 20 point buy system for ability scores. Players should also select two traits for each character. When creating a character above level one, use this chart for starting wealth, using your new character’s level -1
h3. CHARACTER DEATH:
p. Having a character resurrected by anything less than true resurrection will cost you 50xp, in addition to the normal costs.
h3. RACES:
p. All player races are admissible but if a character’s race has a level adjustment, the adjusted level will be used for all level limitations and requirements. For example, a player must be at least level 7 to use a svirfneblin with 6 class levels, and that character counts as level 7 for eligibility for adventures.
h3. LOOT AND TREASURE:
p. Whenever loot is found while adventuring, it is magically duplicated so that each member of the party receives identical treasure (don’t ask how). The total value of a character’s wealth may never exceed the amount on this chart using your character’s level +1.
h3. SHOPPING:
p. At the table, opportunities for shopping may be available at the GM’s discretion, following standard PF rules (i.e. gear sells for 50% of market value).
Between sessions, gear can be sold to the Guild Shop for 75% of market value by posting [here]. Gear sold to the Guild Shop in this way will then be available to other players and characters to buy at 90% of market value. Guild Shop
h3. CRAFTING:
p. Crafting items is allowed but the cost is 90% of full market value and appropriate checks must be made as usual. Custom items are not allowed.
h3. SETTINGS:
p. We’ll add a more detailed description later, but essentially there is an island in every world where the Guild hall sits. The location simultaneously exists in each world. When you leave this location you never know which world you’ll be walking out into unless you are carrying a Wayfinder (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/magic-items/wondrous-items/wondrous-items/r-z/wayfinder-standard). The Wayfinders are issued to all Guild members.
